Return Policy

RETURNS MADE EASY

GetUrns is proud to stand behind our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee with our 60 day easy refund policy. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your urn purchase, then please contact one of our helpful customer service representatives at www.geturns.com or 844-438-8767 and they will gladly assist you with returning or exchanging your urn product.

 Please note not all items can be returned.

  • -Items that have had ashes placed inside.

  • -Items that have been personalized with engraving.

  • -Items that damaged by recipient.

  • -Items that are older than 60 days from purchase. 

 

How the refund works

After the return process has been initiated between you and one of our customer services representatives we will wait for the item to be shipped back and inspected. Once the item has been returned we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Once approved, the refund for the order will be applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take time as we can only issue them when we have received and inspected the urn. Our policy is that we must inspect every returned item to ensure that it is in proper order. Once the refund has been approved and processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds and Engraving

 If the urn was engraved incorrectly we will inspect the cause of the incorrect engraving. If it is deemed incorrect on GetUrns part, we will issue a refund. If, however the issue falls on the customers text and art submission we cannot grant the refund.  

It is always important to double check the information that you have submitted to be engraved. Taking extra precaution in spelling, proper capitalization, correct dates, and grammar. We do our best to always look for these mistakes submitted but ultimately, we are only responsible for engraving what you submit.

 

How do Exchanges Work?

If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery we will happily replace the item for the same item. Please call us at 844-438-8767 or email orders@geturns.com to initiate an exchange.

 

Shipping

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the items back to us. We will provide you with the label to print and return, the cost associated with the shipping will then be reduced from the total amount of refund. Expedited shipping costs on original order are not refundable.
