Horrible experience
"Ordered this urn for Christmas for my wife’s mother’s ashes, after placing order a mistake was realized in a letter m in memory was capitalised, I immediately sent an email, this was well before 8 am east coast, and site was quoting fees for earlier shipping I went with standard shipping just wanted it before Christmas. A response was sent a few hours later, to late nothing could be done. This is a horrible way to run a online urn company and having policies like this are quite despicable and I soon will post my review on google and everywhere else I can to help prevent other families from such disappointment, hope that post will create an environment where the financial losses suffered far outweigh my payment."
