Returns Made Easy
Thank you for purchasing with GetUrns, we understand this is a difficult time for you and we stand behind our 30 day refund policy. GetUrns accepts returns on nearly every product purchased on our site.
Unfortunately, GetUrns cannot accept returns on:
Products that have come into contact with cremated remains.
Custom engraved products.
Products damaged by the customer.
Items that are older than 30 days from purchase.
Items which have acceptable levels of color/shape/metal texture variations.
How To Request A Return

Call customer service: 1(844) 438 - 8767 and one of our customer support representatives will be more than happy to assist you.
*Note: Customer needs access to email to receive return shipping label.
Once you have been sent the return shipping label:
Print shipping label.
Package items carefully in original packaging if possible. If not, we ask that you please take care to provide padding/cushion to the items. This is very important as you will not be refunded if products are returned damaged.
Securely tape return label on box.
Tape return label over first shipping label if using original packaging.
Take package to your local post office for processing.
How The Refund WorksAfter the return process has been initiated between you and one of our customer services representatives we will wait for the item to be shipped back and inspected. Once the item has been returned we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Once approved, the refund for the order will be applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take time as we can only issue them when we have received and inspected the urn. Our policy is that we must inspect every returned item to ensure that it is in proper order. Once the refund has been approved and processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds and Engraving
If the urn was engraved incorrectly we will inspect the cause of the incorrect engraving. If it is deemed incorrect on GetUrns part, we will issue a refund. If, however the issue falls on the customers text and art submission we cannot grant the refund.
It is always important to double check the information that you have submitted to be engraved. Taking extra precaution in spelling, proper capitalization, correct dates, and grammar. We do our best to always look for these mistakes submitted but ultimately, we are only responsible for engraving what you submit.
How Do Exchanges Work?
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery we will happily replace the item for the same item.
We cannot offer replacements on items which have acceptable levels of color/shape/metal texture variations.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the items back to us. We will provide you with the label to print and return, the cost associated with the shipping will then be reduced from the total amount of refund. Expedited shipping costs on original order are not refundable.
