When Will My Order Ship?
We are able to process most orders same day that arrive by 1:00pm Central Time. Orders that contain custom engraving information will add one day of production time.
If an order is received after 1:00pm you can expect it to ship next business day.
Next day air and 2nd day Air express orders that arrive before 1:00pm will ship same day including if they have personalization added to the order.
Most shipments will ship using UPS or USPS services.
We can also ship directly to a Funeral Home. You can simply put the Funeral Home of your choice in the shipping information. Please make sure billing address is still that of your payment method.
Shipping Methods
Free Ground shipping you can expect your shipment to arrive between 5-7 business days for anywhere in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii will take between 5-7 days to arrive.
On orders over $299 we offer free ground shipping.
Next Day Air shipping will arrive to your location the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Note that we cannot ship a package overnight to a P.O. Box.
Second Day Air shipping will arrive to your location in two business days. UPS and USPS do have until 8pm to deliver to residential addresses.
Please note, only UPS next day air is considered guaranteed service.

Free Local Pickup
We are pleased to offer local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. Our facility is in Plano, Texas, and local pickup is available as a shipping option during checkout.
To use this option, simply select Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will prepare your items and notify you when they are ready for pickup through an email notification. Most local pickup orders are available within 24 hours, though preparation times may vary depending on the item.
