Amazing customer service
"My experience was absolutely amazing with this company. This product was beautiful as well unfortunately, my niece passed away a few weeks ago. I put in an order for four urns for myself and my family. My order was over $400 and I was supposed to get free shipping but somehow was charged the shipping rate. I contacted them via email and within a couple of days they refunded me the shipping charge. Next, we were informed that a couple of our items were out of stock. They reached out immediately to let us know whether we wanted to cancel the order or wait. They said it could be up to three weeks. They contacted us within that week and said that they had received their products and then they were sending them out. They had already shipped the items that they did have. . upon arrival of all of the items. One of the butterflies had a scratch at the bottom. As you can imagine in the situation where time matters it was a huge inconvenience. . I wrote them in an email and after going back-and-forth a couple of times with them they sent a new urn with the engraving absolutely Free. It was there within two days. I can’t say anything negative about this company. Their customer service is outstanding."
