"The urn is beautiful, just perfect for my husband I ordered it in his favorite color red and he was a huge football fan but loved sports in general. I placed my order at 9pm on a Thursday and it shipped out the next day on Friday afternoon. I received it the following Tuesday with regular delivery. I was a bit worried about UPS damaging the item as we know how delivery companies toss items around, but the company marked the package as fragile and everything was well packaged and insulated. The urn was in its own box inside the larger shipping box. I hope I never have a need to order again but I would highly recommend this company to anyone, you made this horrible process that much easier on my family and myself."
