"My urn was packaged with extreme care, arrived quickly and is very well made. I bought white and while I liked the gray color used for the engraving it was a bit too light against the white color and I wish the print had been a bit bigger. When you combine both factors you really have to look closely at it to read it. The paw prints are very cute and the metallic gray band around the lid does look nice paired with the gray print. All in all, I am happy with the product, although I also think it is a bit overpriced for what it is."
