"I ordered an urn for my daddy that matched who he was perfectly the day we made his funeral arrangements. I very quickly received an email to verify the information on the plate and asked if we could make a change and was told of course. It shipped out much quicker than expected and was received very quickly. Once I opened it I realized that with all of the emotions I had ordered the wrong color and reached out to their customer service asking if there was anything I could do. I was immediately offered a return label so I could send it back to get refunded so that I could order the correct color. It took some time to get back to them due to holidays and weekends so no fault of theirs and then they processed my refund. I was able to call as soon as it was processed and the lady over the phone helped me order the correct color and it shipped out very quickly. Today I received the new one in the mail and got the plate put on and it is perfect. I could not be happier with the customer service I received as well as the product itself. It was much more affordable and nicer than anything the funeral home had to offer."
