"It took me a long time to decide on the perfect resting place for my father. He was a great man and deserved the best. Its hard to tell when you are ordering a product online. I found perfection with GETURNS. The item I ordered was shipped the same day. The packing was done with great care for protection. The physical look of the product is exactly as shown online and top notch quality. The engraving is superb. And they put a very thoughtful sympathy card in the box. The only downside to the whole experience was it was a bit expensive......but it is a once and done and will be my daddy';s forever home - so when you look at the big picture of everything they got right, it is money well spent. I am VERY happy with my purchase and have already referred people to the site."
