The Keepsake Blessing Midnight Cremation Urn offers a stunning blend of elegance and symbolism in a compact form. Black, a color traditionally linked to mourning, is a perfect choice for a cremation urn. The pearlescent finish adds a soft, shimmering light, like the stars in the night sky, bringing peace and hope to those in grief.
Hand-crafted from high-quality brass alloy, this urn can hold up to 4 cu. inches of ashes. It features a hand-applied midnight black coating that mimics the luminous sheen of pearls, creating a shimmering effect that is both reflective and radiant. The slight texture of the body, a result of the artisanal hand application, adds depth and uniqueness to the urn, making each piece one of a kind. The urn’s black pearlescent finish extends to the top of the lid, providing a cohesive and polished look. Contrasting with the deep black is a vibrant silver accent that wraps around the neck and bottom of the lid. Further enhancing the beauty of this keepsake urn are delicate, intricate vine engravings that ribbon around the neck of the lid, adding an extra layer of detail and grace.
Through laser engraving, this crimson pearl urn can be personalized with up to four lines of heartfelt text, including names, dates, messages, or meaningful clipart. A variety of font options allows each engraving to reflect the individuality of the life being honored. For those seeking an even more personal tribute, GetUrns’ cutting-edge UV printing technology offers the option to add a full-color image or portrait of your loved one directly onto the urn. At GetUrns, urn sizes are measured by the volume of ashes they hold in cubic inches. As a guide, one pound of body weight equals approximately one cubic inch of remains. For example, if your loved one weighed 150 lbs, you’ll need an urn that holds at least 150 cubic inches. Most standard adult urns hold 200 cubic inches. Each product listing includes the urn’s capacity, and you can also use our collection page filters to find the right size based on weight.
We recommend gently wiping the urn with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the finish. With simple, careful cleaning, your urn will remain a lasting and beautiful tribute.
At GetUrns, most urns can be customized with personalized engraving and is laser-engraved or UV printed in-house with your choice of names, dates, phrases, fonts, and artwork. Our designers can help you create a unique, meaningful tribute that beautifully honors your loved one. Brass and aluminum urns are both highly durable options.
Brass urns are known for their exceptional strength and long-lasting quality. They are resistant to corrosion and maintain their finish well over time, making them ideal for long-term indoor display or placement in protected areas.
Aluminum/Alloy urns are lightweight yet strong, and they also resist rust and corrosion. While not quite as heavy or dense as brass, they still provide excellent durability for everyday handling and display.
Both materials hold up very well when kept indoors and are less fragile than ceramic or porcelain urns. They can last for generations with proper care.
Most of our urns for ashes are designed with either a screw-off top or a bottom screw for easy access. To fill the cremation urn, simply open the designated panel and carefully load the ashes directly into the urn. Once filled, securely tighten the lid or bottom screw. A funeral home often times can assist with filling the urn if preferred.
