"very pleased, five stars in all categories. Excellent customer service and very happy with the product. I placed an order and shortly after decided I would like engraving. Called and left a VM and also emailed. I was contacted immediately the next morning, I submitted an email with the engraving info, received a proof for review immediately after. The product was engraved and shipped the same day. Received the urn and was extremely satisfied, the font and placement of the engraving was perfect and overall product excellent."
