"I ordered 3 hearts, one for each dog that we lost. The urns were personalized and shipped very quickly. I wish that there would have been a little funnel to help with the transfer of ashes. I took the silicone packet that came with each one, put it in first, then lined the inside of each heart with a zip lock bag. I had to scoop out the ashes and gently tap it. Overall, I'm very pleased."
