Beautiful but almost impossible to get the ashes in the small hole
"I really like the look of the Drop tealight urn and the customer service was excellent. The problem is the product design with the hole for the ashes. First, the opening is covered with felt, so it’s not obvious how you get to it. Second, the hole is the size of a small machine screen and somehow you are supposed to get the ashes in the urn through that small hole. The bone fragments are too large to get through a funnel and into the hole. I had to shift the ashes to get out the large fragments and then carefully use a funnel with a toothpick to get them into the urn. Terrible design. Nice look. This would make for a great YouTube video on how to use the product."
