  Opening a pet cremation urn is a fairly simple process. Our classic urns open at the top. Please twist the threaded lid to the left to unscrew it.

  Some of our urns have an opening at the base. Remove the gold logo sticker and then carefully unscrew the lid by twisting it to the left.
