Yes! We offer free ground shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $299 or more.

While delays are rare, there may be occasions when the shipping carrier experiences unexpected transit issues. If you selected Next Day delivery and your order is delayed for any reason other than inclement weather, we will gladly refund the shipping charge. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist with the refund process.

Please note that delays caused by weather conditions, as well as shipments sent via 2 Day delivery or Ground services, are not covered under the shipping guarantee.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of any return shipping.

Each location will have a different delivery time. UPS ground typically delivers in 3-5 business days, but a shipping calculator is available in your cart to get a more accurate estimate by your zip code. Next Day and 2 Day Air will deliver in 1 and 2 business days respectively, regardless of location.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is likely that we can change your shipping method after ordering. Please reach out to us directly by phone or email as soon as possible to request changing of your shipping method.

Our warehouse ships orders out by the end of our day, which is 5PM Central Time each weekday, but can sometimes ship out earlier in the afternoon.

We currently do not ship internationally.

To get the most accurate shipping quote, please head to the checkout on our website with your address and items in your cart. Locations and item weight can cause shipping costs to vary. Our average shipping costs for various methods are as follows:

• Standard Ground Shipping -  $15-$20
• 2 Day Delivery - $22-$40
• Next Day Delivery - Average $40-$50

Each urn is securely packaged with layers of foam and double boxed for safe transit and delivery.

While rare, damage during transit does happen. We are happy to replace or refund orders that have been damaged by the shipping carrier. Please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order with damage, and please take any photos you can of the damaged areas on the urn as well as any packaging that it arrived in and send it to us directly. We will investigate the issue, have a claim filed with the shipper and begin the next steps.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information automatically to the email provided at checkout. If for some reason you do not see tracking, please feel free to reach out directly.

We offer multiple shipping services, including UPS, USPS and Fedex. UPS is our most used shipping service.

If you need to change your shipping method to a faster delivery time, please reach out to us directly by phone or email. If we have not yet shipped your order, there should be no problem upgrading your shipping. Same day shipping cutoff is at 12:00PM.

We will need to have your order in by 12:00PM Central Time for us to process and ship your order that same day, with expedited shipping being chosen at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, it is processed within 1-2 business days, and we have
multiple shipping options available. Standard shipping is through UPS Ground with an
estimated 3-5 business days for delivery to your door after dispatch, and expedited shipping
options 2 Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery are available if you need your order sooner.
