"After 2 phone calls, mainly because of my family needing to make decisions, and ordering from GetUrns...our service was great throughout. The customer service was great, the urns arrived the very next afternoon, and the product was just what I expected. BUT, in both my phone calls, the people went above and beyond and gave me great details to help the order to get in (with or without engraving) where I could still get the needed urns the very next day. It was very seamless. The company also has a great product selection too!"
