"Absolutely beautiful urn! Everything came as ordered without any issues. Very fast shipping. We bought mini urns to go with the main one and accidentally miscounted. We put in a second order and paid for shipping (the original order was free shipping). They emailed quickly to confirm the order and asked if we wanted to combine the order into one so we didn't have to pay for shipping.
