I was hesitant to order the medium since it said 44lb of body weight, but she was a fluffy girl and the large seemed so massive. I ordered the medium and she fit perfectly. For reference she was 59lb before she got sick, then dropped to 47lb, her final few days she hit 52lb- most of the weight gain though was probably due to tumor size. But she did fit into the 44 cubic inches! Customer service was phenomenal when I called in."
